Marie-Claude Boisvert is Senior Vice-President Investment and Operations with Desjardins Venture Capital.

She has worked for more than 16 years in the financing of Québec businesses.

She joined the Desjardins Venture Capital team in 1994 and specializes in the software sector. She has also served as regional director for the Desjardins Investment Fund of Montréal.

Over the past six years, Marie-Claude has carried out mandates in verification, middle management and business turnaround, as well as consultancy for several SMEs. She has also held the position of financial director for a public company involved in research and development in the environmental sector.

Marie-Claude holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agrées du Québec (Québec Order of Chartered Accountants).
