Roger’s professional development extends over more than twenty years, during which time he managed strategic investment files with companies at different stages of development and operating in diverse economic sectors. The range of Roger’s experience in the field of business financing is impressive, and he is credited with several achievements in the area of regional development. As part of his past work, among other things, he organized the startup of several regional funds across Québec. In the course of his career Roger has developed a solid rapport with entrepreneurs working in the regions, as well as a great understanding and appreciation of the specific goals and challenges that they face.

Roger holds a degree from the Université de Trois-Rivières in business administration.
